    Hello, I have a problem with my patch hex it runs in a loop I leave a ticket on the maintenance but no one answer me for 48 hours. I have try everything uninstall reinstall delete the cryptozoic etc. What can you can advice me please

      What file(s) is it looping on?

      my patch is 4 minute loading for then repeat continuously the likes me thing and i don't no the file it looping

      It should say which file it's currently trying to download, you should see which files it keeps going back to when it loops

      resources.assets.resS file in loop

      We've made some adjustments. Please close your patcher and reopen it now.
