I have monthly VIP status and it wasn't renewed after the transition, so I had do create a "new" membership. Was confused, why I didn't received anything, until I saw, that the membership wasn't renewed at the 27. (no payment on that day, so no VIP).

Maybe something went wrong for a few players at the transition?
