Sadly, selling account (the Tickets and level shill makes it seems like that is your intent) is against the TOS. However all items that are not account bound (see all tickets PVE, DRFT, VIP) other than Platinum are sellable.

Best of luck! The market is pretty saturated at this point. Enjoy the new little one!
