Help with Mangler encounter in Scrapyard when playing Priest

I'm just getting my butt handed to me. If I don't go first I have almost zero shot. If I go second I have a slim shot of winning.

Here is what I"ve tried.

I'm playing a phantom deck with a lot of health synergy. I'm using 100 cards. Diamond Blood.

I've got 3 of the Spirit of retributions fully equiped.
3 Contract Killings.
3 Spiritbound Spy (put them in just for this encounter)
4 Decree of Banishing
2 Admanthium Scriviners

So, I've devoted quite a bit of space to just beating this stupid encounter. And still it's a beast.

Any advice from your PVE experts?

Halls of Kukatan are, honestly, a great addition to almost any diamond deck nowadays... but that might be too late for going second... what you need are 1-cost answers. Spiritbound Spy is a good one. As is the 1 cost 1/1 rebirth or the 1-cost 1/1 swiftstrike. Violet's Caress and the... uh... it's from this past set... the action that gives things -1/-1 and makes them spawn phantoms... that's also really good for that fight.

I didn't even consider Hall's of kutan. Might work. I don't think I have any soul severances or I might try them. Seem similar and already have the Hall's. Will try adding those.

Sorrow is a really great budget option for this encounter too, first turn board wipe. Also works well against the Junk bots, the final boss, and some of the optional encounters as well.

SOUL SEVERENCE!! That card will own the whole damn graveyard. Also having the lilygrove type merc let's you spawn a phantom at the start of the match. I think Matilda is her name. And also if you are running a cleric, you should be able to crank out blessings to recover whatever you can't handle the forts couple turns.

I would add Stinging Ambush. Deal 1 damage to each attacking troop, 1 cost, diamond.
