Not everyone can log in at the drop of a hat to try to finish their tournaments. If you know you are going to be closing a queue down and forcibly ejecting people from it, you have to give them a fair chance to finish up. Less than a day is NOT enough warning that they are going to have their event (that they paid an entry fee for) closed on them, forfeiting any additional prizes they may have been able to win given actual notice.

More communication fails, as usual. Stop rushing patches out the door and LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN ADVANCE. Like we've been asking you to do FOR YEARS NOW.

Clearly there has been some kind of communication failure since nobody ever said that Corinth is ending in a few hours. Remember: Communication requires two people. You shouldn't be so quick to assume the failure was not your own.

While I'm happy with all the changes, I wish you would give us a date for this patch sooner. I have put off climbing to cosmic, and now it will take a lot longer to do so. I think doing it with ladder reset would be a better choice, with ample warning.

Yeah, I also hoped the patch would hit us earliest on Friday.
We are still early in the ladder season with much competition in all divisions.
Therefore it was maybe intention to include this now and see if it has the intended effect.
