"Helm of Capitulation no longer incorrectly drops from Wheels of Fate spins, and instead Tarot Handlers now correctly drops in its place"

and

"We will be back granting Tarot Handlers to anyone who previously rolled a Helm of Capitulation from the Wheels of Fate."

Was the visual bug (cards showing up as other random cards, probably triggered when you looked at opponent's hand) addressed?

I don't believe that has happened yet. I will message this out as soon as I hear one way or the other. Though, please be prepared to maybe wait a few days as it is the weekend coming up.

You should also put in the notes when you nerf things. For instance, Pyre Ceremony boot equipment. Otherwise, you just look sneaky.

Wow that ninja nerf to Pyre Ceremony boot equipment is like now a total different ability. And we never really got to abuse it as people don't have that equip lol.

We never got to abuse it because even after paying a premium to get it early on the Auction House, it was bugged and didn't work. Every patch I kept checking patch notes to see if it was fixed, and wouldn't have even known it was "fixed" if it weren't for this thread.

Yes, I'm a little salty about a stealth nerf to a piece of equipment that never even worked... =(

What was the nerf?

Instead of gaining ruby threshold for each point of damage, it's one flat charge. I understand the old effect was too strong, but just give one threshold then. One charge is not worth an equipment slot.

Lol... It just gains a single charge now? Wow, that is definitely a waste of an equipment slot.

Was the original version really so broken that it needed to be nerfed so hard before it was ever used? It didn't seem THAT good that we needed to be afraid of it

It's that good it was a 2 card turn one you are dead combo.
