Hooray, it's back!
Did you end up adding in the newer decks posted in the time between the last update to the main list and the forum change over?
Cause I know that several of them were still unaccounted for last time I looked before the forum switch.

Yes, in the process of moving, I added all lists that were provided with a tcgbrowser link. Using that third party saved the thread, wouldn't have add the time to transcribe everything back!

However, if anyone finds something missing please let me know and provide me with the tcgbrowser link, I'll make sure to add them.

After the first two weeks of the release, expect a few updates to old favorites!

Hi!

While there are a few decks that look similar for Xorak, I found this one I use to be extremely quick and stable:

Xorak the Extinguisher

The ideal hand has you play Embertongue Skarn on turn one - more as a blocker of speedy AI attacks than anything else, though he may become a significant contributor. Turn two you will play the Psychotic Anarchist and attack, in order to get more cost 1 actions.

Turn three usually sees your finishing blow - first use Xorak's ability, then cast three actions (that's why Scorch is so important - you don't always have three Burn/Fireball/Cremate) and bring your Sunsoul Phoenixes into play. If you lost your Anarchist earlier - all the better: Use your Cremate on it to get one more damage action out this turn.

You hardly ever need to pop an Acorn, plus the Twisted Shuriken is nearly worthless - there just isn't any alternative for that slot.

It's not a do all - it's a tool that works very well along an Aethynia or other Lifegain deck. I guess it's best qualified as a Farming deck (it's not entirely cheap - but if you go for the new Phoenix starter, you'll have most of the cards anyway ;-)).

Here's a fun bird-based Budget brew for Tealwing.

Similar concept, but using Elder Mistsong. The loss of Tealwing's cost reduction is negligible, and the Elder provides extra removal in the form of battles. The wider shard grid also helps.

And finally another fun brew just on the edge of budget, this time using Thonia the Raving and some zombie recursion, with her ability to turn her discards into ramp, health or card advantage.

Hm, anyone got some budget Spirit of the Triumvirate deck ? I don't really feel like buying rares I won't use like Replicator's Gambit just to play the one that's currently listed. :p

Hey,

Here's a budget Mono-Diamond Triumvirate list. It has a few ways to trigger each activation and will reliably transform before it wins.

You can activate wisdom early using the variety of 1-drops (and spectral acorns), along with the Recruiter. Later game there are three sources of Valor which can bring your played cards up to three.

Courage is by far the easiest, using the ever popular Scrivener, along with the Ivory Pawn + Equip, as well as Healers.

Finally, Power will either come from 3+ early troops if and removal if the opponent is slow to start, or via Flight with Pegasus, Spearcliff captain and Airvolution.

As a general note for playing the deck, don't use the Triumvirate charge power before transforming. It's quite expensive and being able to hit the board wipe two turns in a row can make all the difference.

Ah nice thank you, that worked perfectly. Just a heads-up, I think you've got some of the descriptions mixed up : Courage is from healing and Power is from dealing damage to the enemy champion. Also am I blind or does the game not tell you which counters you have ? (just like I can't seem to be able to find the info about Room Counters for Crushing Walls or suction counters for Charybdis)

If you right-click on the champion portrait of e.g. Charybdis, it should display the counters that are currently on that 'card'; however, I am not sure whether that also works with Spirit of the Triumvirate, as it has 3 different counters.

It does, the three counters will show up on the left, right, and middle of Spirit's portrait and you can mouse over them to find out which ones they are respectively.

Or at least you could before the last patch, haven't tried since haha

Sadly I've not had much luck with a budget necrotic list, though I'm considering trying something using Voice of Tombs.

Vennen are lucky in that their campaign class cards are all pretty damn good, I'd reccomend running through the campaign until the start of act 2 at least 3 times to get 3 copies of: Nazhk Lookout plus equips, Phenteo's Gift plus equips, and Fanged Fanatic. Particularly the Lookout and Gift as these are two absolute powerhouses.

Other upgrades to look out for at rare are Tribunal Magistrate, Chronic Madness, Exarch of the Egg and Zin'xith Silk

Thanks, that really got me started. I'm pretty bad at deck building so far, the AH was pretty rough (no Painbreeder or skitter of the arachnid, but I do have Chronic Madness, Exarch of the Egg and Zin'xith Silk so I did some quick substitutions along with throwing in a Phenteo the Brood Priest I had laying around.
